I am an experienced, professional and well-established psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, offering counselling and psychotherapy to individuals. My practice is situated in a quiet, private setting in Letchworth Garden City. I have built up a respected reputation in the local area for offering a highly personal and professional service. Whatever issues you would like to bring to me, I would be pleased to meet with you, so that we can ascertain together, whether I can be of help to you.
I see people who may wish to address some of the following issues: relationship difficulties, stress and anxiety, depression, bereavement, identity, sexuality, low self-esteem or lack of confidence, anger management, family problems, separation and divorce, identity issues, long-standing emotional difficulties, loneliness and isolation, inner emptiness, a sense of fulility or meaninglessness or anything else they may be struggling with.
As part of my practice, I offer counselling supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists. I supervise at Hitchin Counselling Service, a local voluntary organisation founded over 15 years ago.

How to get to me from Arlesey

Leave Arlesey on Hitchin Road. Turn left at Arlesey New Road. Turn right at Wilbury Hills Road. Continue onto Stotfold Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Cambridge Road/A505 towards Letchworth. Pass the Wyvale garden center on your left and enter Letchworth. After entering Letchworth, continue on the A505 in the Baldock direction. After a little while you will pass Cloisters Road on your right with Sollershot Green on your left. (See picture below.)
Ahead you will see a cross road with traffic lights. Just before this on your left is Sollershot East. Turn left into Sollershot East/Shollershot Green. I recommend you park on the road that curls around the green, somewhere near the Hotel and Doctors Surgery. My house is almost exacltly opposite the surgery, but on the other side of the busy main road. (The front door is round the right hand side of the house.)
