I am an experienced, well-established and professional psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, offering counselling or psychotherapy to individuals. The practice is situated in a quiet, private setting in Letchworth Garden City. I have built up a respected reputation in the local area for offering a highly personal and professional service. Whatever issues you may be struggling with, I would be pleased to meet with you, so that we can ascertain together, if I can be of help to you.
I work with people who may wish to address some of the following issues: depression and anxiety, bereavementand loss or unresolved grief, stress, social anxiety, identity or sexuality problems, low self-esteem or lack of confidence, relationship difficulties, anger management or indeed anything else which is troubling them.
A part of my practice is to offer counselling supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists. I supervise at Hitchin Counselling Service, a local voluntary organisation founded over 15 years ago.

How to get to me from Ashwell

Leave Ashwell on Newnham Way (part of which is called Ashwell Road). Continue through Newnham turning left at the T junction and taking the left fork at Telesheds until you arrive at the T junction with the A507. Turn left onto the A507 towards Baldock. Enter Baldock and at the traffic lighted cross roads with the Old White Horse Pub turn right and take the A505 towards Letchworth and Hitchin. Enter Letchworth and stay on the A505 towards Hitchin. Go through the traffic lights near Wickes, past the roundabout near the lesiure centre and the roundabout for the center of Letchworth or A1M keeping on the A505 towards Hitchin. When you get to the crossroads with traffic lights, go straight across, but then immediately first right into Sollershot East/Shollershot Green. I recommend you park on the road that curls around the green, somewhere near the Hotel and Doctors Surgery. My house is almost exacltly opposite the surgery, but on the other side of the busy main road. (The front door is round the right hand side of the house.)
