Based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, The Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice is located in a quiet, private setting in Letchworth Garden City, ideally situated to offer Psychotherapy and Counselling to Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
I am an experienced, established psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist, offering counseling therapy to individuals. I have built up a respected reputation in the area, offering a highly personal and professional service in private counselling and personal therapy. Whatever you may be struggling with, I would be pleased to meet with you, so that we can ascertain together whether I can be of help to you.
I see people who may wish to address some of the following issues: depression and anxiety, bereavement, stress, panic attacks, lack of confidence or low self-esteem, anger management, family problems, separation and divorce, identity or sexuality issues, long standing emotional difficulties, illness, loneliness and isolation, inner emptiness, meaninglessness or indeed anything else that is troubling them.
As a part of my practice I offer counselling supervision to counsellors or psychotherapists interested in developing their clinical and theoretical skills as part of their continuous professional development.
I also supervise at Hitchin Counselling Service, a voluntary counselling organisation founded 15 years ago.
In Progress: Diploma in Supervision with Cambridge Supervision Training, Adlerian Society (ASIIP). I offer reduced rates while training.

How to get to me from Stevenage
From the centre of Stevenage, take the A602 to the A1M. Join the A1M in the northward direction. At junction 9, exit towards Baldock/Letchworth/A505. Keep left at the fork to continue towards A6141 towards Letchworth Gate and merge onto A6141. Go straight across the 'longabout'. At the second roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A505/Baldock Rd. When you get to the crossroads with traffic lights, go straight across, but then immediately first right into Sollershot East/Shollershot Green. I recommend you park on the road that curls around the green, somewhere near the Hotel and Doctors Surgery. My house is almost exacltly opposite the surgery, but on the other side of the busy main road. (The front door is round the right hand side of the house.)
